  • Cost certainty – We provide preconstruction expertise and work collaboratively with customers to deliver cost certainty at the earliest opportunity. In difficult economic times we understand the importance of having certainty of costs and ensure that are projects are always delivered on budget.
  • Delivery on Time – We carry out detailed assessments during the tender period that enables us to provide detailed delivery programmes. We integrate test and commissioning, witnessing and handover into all of our construction programmes and are proud to promise our customers certainty of delivery on time.
  • Proven experience – We are experts in sustainability and in delivering highly complex buildings in live operational and constrained environments.  We have proven site teams with skillsets across all sectors.  We assign all projects with a dedicated project leader, who is supported by other disciplines such as design management and building srvices management.
  • Perfect Delivery – Perfect Delivery is a continuous improvement process that provides customers with a bespoke service in the delivery of outstanding buildings. The Perfect Delivery process includes the following:
    • Completion on time
    • Snag free on the completion date
    • Operation and maintenance manuals complete and ready on the completion date
    • Implementation of a Bespoke Handover, tailored to predetermined customer requirements
    • The implementation of the BSRIA soft landings framework if required by our customers
