Development of bespoke luxury three bedroom detached homes with a ground breaking design to provide top quality eco-friendly living within Crystal Palace, London. Set on a private plot hidden away from the hustle bustle of the busy city these modern private homes were developed in joint venture with a developer partner. The building envelopes were clad in brick, cedar and zinc with aluminium windows and aluminium doors leading out to large open terraces.

Urban Construct developed this scheme from feasibility and worked with the developer and the design team to lead the pre planning application process which ultimately resulted in a planning permission being granted. The properties were constructed to the highest quality comprising stunning open planned living complete with solid engineered wood flooring and high spec Italian kitchen boasting granite worktops, cloakroom, utility room and study/home office.

Urban Construct appointed the full design team and managed the whole design and build process. We liaised with the planners throughout and completed the build with the benefit of a 10 year warranty. The scheme was delivered on time and on budget. The finishes were meticulously designed to support sales and create added value for customers.
