Crosby Gardens is a striking residential development at the core of one of Liverpool’s most affluent suburbs. Just minutes from the beautiful waterfront, a selection of deluxe, mixed-use apartments which stir up high demand from working professionals in the city centre seeking enjoyment from a relaxing, coastal residence with a whole host of urban amenities.

A featured selection of rooftop penthouses with indulgent furniture, a concierge service which runs 24 hours a day, integrated appliances plus parking on selected units makes this group of sophisticated properties a unique, sleek and highly desirable investment offering unparalleled views across the city skyline.

The original office block was constructed using a concrete frame with concrete cladding panels and a mix of block and beam and pre cast plank units to each floor. The remodelling included a full over clad of this existing envelope with a new steel frame installed at roof level to create three fantastic new penthouses with views across the Mersey Estuary. Urban Construct worked within the project cost parameters and led the design process. We produced a fully integrated design and worked closely with the developer to ensure that all investor requirements were met and that the project aspirations were achieved.
