Urban Construct completed the design and construction of these modern, four bedroom family homes in Rainhill, Prescot.

Key to delivering the new houses was to ensure that they were sustainable to construct and to maintain for the new owners. They have all been designed to make the most of natural light and are fitted with energy efficient gas central heating and combi boilers. They are also insulated and double-glazed to a high standard.

The homes were marketed to private buyers, and the specification and finish was of a very high standard. Two of the bathrooms were en-suite and the master bedroom also had a walk-in wardrobe. Data points were hard wired to all TVs for added value and usb points located in main living areas.

All homes came with a 10 years building warrantee and were designed to achieve a 15 per cent reduction in emissions against the standards required by the 2007 Building Regulations.
