Urban Construct is a privately owned business whose shareholders are closely involved in the business at senior levels and with day-to-day operations. This enables swift decision making for the benefit of our customers, and aligns business decisions with customers needs.
The Urban Construct Board consists of the Construction Director , Operations Director and non-executive board members. The Board is committed to achieving the highest standards of appropriate corporate governance, conducting its business responsibly and in accordance with all laws and regulations to which its business activities are subject.
The Board works closely with its construction teams and communicates delegations for the day-to-day management of its projects through the Urban Construct Management Team.
The Management Team is chaired by our Construction Director Wesley Allmark and consists of business leaders in each of the operational disciplines. It meets formally once a month and focuses on safety, performance, people and strategy. The Board issues annual three year rolling strategic plans, annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, and works closely with the Management Team to deliver against these strategies.

Through his role as Construction Director, Wesley provides direct leadership qualities which each of the business leaders respect and aspire to achieve and improve upon. Wesley’s continual drive, enthusiasm and natural desire to succeed, ensures he is completely dedicated and focused on the success and continual improvement of all company operations.
Using his vast experience, drive, and passion Wesley provides ongoing advice to our business team leaders and supports innovations to achieve best practice across the business. Wesley’s commitment to the highest safety, quality, training and environmental practices is embedded within all our operations and his dedication to maintain continual improvement supports the delivery of excellent buildings for our customers.
Graham Murphy
Operations Manager

Graham has an extensive track record in the successful delivery of a wide portfolio of projects across a number of sectors. Working for leading construction firms across the UK, Graham developed his skills to become a key figure in the Urban Construct team.
As Operations Manager, Graham provides great leadership, advice and knowledge to all of our project teams. He is dedicated to customer satisfaction and believes in delivering excellent building with great service. He ensures that our site teams go the extra mile to deliver against deadlines, on time and on budget, every time.
Through his knowledge and experience Graham brings a clear understanding of projects to all stakeholders and his proactive approach provides customers with reassurance that their expectations will be achieved.
